We want you to love your Glintsy pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Earrings and nose rings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
